Beautiful and unique 18K red gold stacking ring, with a natural pink 0.97ct Malaya garnet and a starry sky of diamonds. It has a little secret heart in the back of the ring in 18k yellow gold.

The ring also has 16 small diamonds in different sizes, 10 are set in a starry sky in the bezel and 6 are set next to the Malaya garnet.
